Multi-Media Account Executive, Princeton, NJ. Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships, and is motivated by helping local businesses succeed. This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on growing a book of business with new and existing clients. What You’ll Do
Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in sales (required) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required) BA/BS degree (preferred) What’s In It for You?
