As a Customer Service Specialist, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Assist customers in person and over the phone to accurately determine their needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Build trustful and engaging relationships with both wholesale and retail clients. Process sales transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures. Meet and exceed store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse and prepare products tailored to customer specifications. Ensure the store is visually appealing by stocking shelves and arranging displays. Keep store equipment clean and assist in the loading/unloading of delivery trucks. Support deliveries as needed and maintain a presentable condition of assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and effectively communicate options available to customers. Comply with inventory procedures and contribute ideas to improve sales performance. We are looking for candidates who: Are at least eighteen (18) years old. Have legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Are physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion. Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. A background in selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in more than one language, particularly Spanish.
