Customer Service Specialist - Retail

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist, where you'll engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored answers regarding our esteemed Sherwin-Williams products. Your role will involve recommending effective solutions, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and inspiring maximum client satisfaction. As a vital member of our team at the Renton Store: Store #703553, located at: 206 Wells Ave S., Renton, WA 98057, you will play a significant role in achieving our sales goals while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers. This is a Full-Time Role, starting at $23.00 Hourly. In this position, you will: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies and procedures. Work towards achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and create engaging displays. Keep store equipment clean and in good working order. Assist with unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as necessary. Maintain a stocked and visually appealing store environment. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options. Adhere to inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy. Suggest improvements to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products.
