Lead from the Ground Up - Forklift Floor Lead Opportunity in Coppell, TX

What You'll Do Lead and support a team of forklift operators and material handlers to achieve daily shipping, receiving, and production goals. Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and clamp forklifts to move, stage, and load/unload materials. Train, coach, and mentor new employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and company standards. Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy with documentation, bills of lading, and inventory tracking. Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly. Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust priorities to meet operational deadlines. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to improve warehouse processes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
What You'll Need Proven forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up required; reach/scissor lift a plus). Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and shipments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire 8-hour shift. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a positive, safety-focused mindset. Reliable attendance with no infractions during the first 90 days. Willingness to follow attendance policies, dress code, and warehouse communication protocols.
