Job Title CCCE Office Assistant (AY 2025-26)

Job Description

Office Assistants work as part of a team to support the efficient functioning of the Center for Community and Civic Engagement, including planning and attending service events, monitoring emails and phone calls, assisting with the Blue Jay Pantry and Blue Jay Career Closet, and completing special projects as assigned by CCCE's director and program coordinator. Job Duties

Job duties vary depending on CCCE needs and student interest, but may include the following: planning and attending campus-wide service events such as Into the Streets and Spring Day of Service planning and attending monthly service events and alternative break trips communicating with campus and community partners via email and phone maintaining the food pantry and career closet creating flyers and Instagram posts in Canva updating website, forms, and service materials creating event evaluations and gathering campus service data

Required Qualifications

All applicants must be Federal Work Study eligible (check your Financial Aid award letter to verify)
