Job Description Salary: Portfolio Strategy Manager

The Portfolio Strategy Manager will lead a category of Elemental Enzymes strategy, focusing on planning and execution of key activities. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to tailor marketing strategies and portfolio composition, ensuring effective execution of a portfolio and related go-to-market strategies.

Job Description: Own product portfolio prioritization and valuation ensuring alignment with company strategy & budget Gather market research insights for project valuation Define, develop, and implement marketing promotional strategies and selling tools to maximize return on investment in close collaboration with the marketing team. Perform prioritization of products per market and assess new product opportunities based on ROI & strategic fit Analysis of market including size & competitors and identify market trends that influence go to market approaches. Develop strategy for navigating complex partner structures and multi-year planning Aid the global account leader in the development of the three-year business strategy Identify and influence the market trends and influence the go to market approach Life Cycle Management planning with global accounts lead to meet need of customers. Coordinate and execute competitor analyses, including technical studies with internal and external products. Responsible for clarification of the

specifications/features

in products, including planning life cycle management activities. Development of standardized business case documents for internal use Development of pricing resources & price setting Lead portfolio presentations internally and externally to educate and position products Knowledgeable on a particular market for an application method, knowledgeable on competitors & agronomic practices in their designation. Makes decisions on which products to bring to a particular market

Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or science-related discipline. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, product development, and/or customer experience teams in agriculture inputs. Direct experience with fertilizer markets, technologies, and application practices. Experience in project management. Extensive interpersonal and cross-group/function collaboration skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.

Manual Handling: Gripping, grasping, or applying pressure to objects using fingers and palms. Operating: Using tools and equipment including a work computer and other office devices such as printers, calculators, etc. Repetitive motion: Engaging in recurring movements of the wrists, hands, or fingers, such as typing or assembling components.

Physical Requirements: Communicating: Expressing or exchanging ideas by spoken word, including providing detailed or critical instructions clearly, quickly, and Perceiving sound details at normal speaking levels. Alternative methods of communication can be utilized as necessary. Environmental Exposure: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and operates primarily in an indoor setting.
