Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join their North American team in

Boston . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-energy, mission-driven company that helps organizations streamline operations, digitize workflows, and drive efficiency across the board. What Youll Be Doing Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline and set up high-quality meetings Understand client needs and articulate the value of BPM software in solving operational challenges Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales forecasting and campaign feedback Stay on top of industry trends and product updates to speak knowledgeably with prospects

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role (ideally within SaaS or enterprise software) Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre confident and persuasive Comfortable with outbound activity and eager to exceed goals Coachable, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo)
