Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Associate

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale and retail customers by addressing their needs, providing essential product information, and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving any concerns and maintaining product quality and visual standards in our stores. In this dynamic role, your contributions will directly impact our sales goals. You will engage with customers both in-store and over the phone, helping to guide them to the right products and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering top-notch customer service to foster long-lasting relationships. Assisting customers with their inquiries and guiding them toward our product offerings. Processing sales transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving items from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mixing and tinting products according to customer specifications. Helping to maintain clean and organized store displays. Managing inventory and stocking efforts to ensure shelves are fully stocked. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries as required. Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide customers with the best options. Offering suggestions to enhance sales performance. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience with paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
