Shaner Hotels . Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements. Adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures. Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, balancing revenue and expense transactions, and performing all the functions of the front desk staff during the audit shift. The role requires good communication and guest service skills, with the ability to meet and exceed guest expectations. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers. Computer experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for clientele.
