As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers in finding the right Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with product features, maintaining store standards, and supporting our sales objectives. This position is part-time and requires working at Store #3017 within 15 miles, located at: 1139 Second Ave. W., Williston, ND 58801. An additional store location is Store #3421, at: 2112 4th Ave West, Williston, ND 58801. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage with customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and offering suitable products and solutions. Build trusting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain detailed work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently. Tint and mix products based on customer specifications. Keep shelves stocked and displays well-organized. Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance tasks. Assist with deliveries as needed. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose strategies for enhancing sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must have a satisfactory performance rating and complete required HR training. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
