Bilingual Retail Customer Service Associate

As a Bilingual Retail Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. You will be instrumental in resolving customer concerns swiftly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, your responsibilities will include staying updated on product features and ensuring the store remains visually appealing and aligned with quality standards. This position is part-time and requires availability to work at Store #3017, located at: 1139 Second Ave. W., Williston, ND 58801, within a 15-mile radius. You may also be called upon to assist at Store #3421 at: 2112 4th Ave West, Williston, ND 58801. Your duties will involve: Delivering exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds sales goals. Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand and present the right products and services. Building strong, trustful relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Documenting work orders and maintaining detailed filing systems. Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Maintaining inventory and ensuring product availability on the sales floor and in the warehouse. Cleaning and maintaining store equipment. Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries. Staying knowledgeable about products and available options. Compiling and adhering to inventory control standards. Suggesting improvements for sales enhancement. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for a work visa. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Experience in operating tinting and mixing equipment.
