Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

In this role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, assisting them in determining their needs, answering questions about our products, and recommending the perfect solutions to enhance their experience. You will also play a crucial part in resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping up-to-date with product features. In addition to providing excellent customer service, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in compliance with company policies. Meeting personal and store-wide sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually. Maintaining precise work order files and formulations. Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and setting up displays in an organized manner. Keeping store equipment clean and functional. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Assisting with deliveries when needed. Maintaining assigned areas in a presentable and in-stock condition. Staying knowledgeable about the products and discussing available options with customers. Complying with inventory control procedures. Proposing ideas on how to improve sales and enhance customer experience. Location: Store #5054, 768 Memorial Pkwy, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both languages. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, you must meet performance expectations and complete required training courses. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Hands-on experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
