As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, answer inquiries about our diverse range of Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions that fit their specific requirements. In this dynamic position, you will ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by promptly addressing customer concerns and questions. You will also remain current with our product features while maintaining the stringent quality and visual standards expected of our store. Your contributions will also support the achievement of our sales goals, making your role crucial to our success. Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction. Engaging with customers in-person and via phone, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored product options. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas. Pulling products from shelves and the warehouse as needed. Tinting and mixing products based on customer specifications. Organizing and stocking shelves, and creating attractive product displays. Cleaning and maintaining store equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Making deliveries when required. Keeping assigned areas stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and available options. Adhering to inventory control practices. Proposing strategies to enhance sales opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Internal candidates must meet performance appraisal standards. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
