Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales for Sherwin-Williams products. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and recommend optimal solutions. You will be the face of our brand, resolving any customer concerns promptly and efficiently. As a vital member of our team, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to cultivate lasting relationships with our customers. Assist clients in-store and over the phone, accurately determining their requirements and presenting the right products and services. Process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Meet and exceed sales goals regularly on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases. Maintain organized work order files and precise formulas. Prepare product orders from the sales floor or warehouse and ensure timely mixing and tinting to customer specifications. Manage store displays and keep the environment clean and welcoming. Load and unload delivery trucks, aiding in deliveries as required. Keep stock levels sufficient and areas presentable. Stay informed on all available products and suggest improvements for overall sales. You will work at one of our locations: Store #2164, located at 6512 Albemarle Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. Store #2832, located at 3629 North Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC. Store #2219, located at 1218 Gordon Street, Charlotte, NC. Store #2314, located at 10201 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Experience with paint and paint-related products.
