As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary focus will be to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend the best solutions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You'll stay well-informed about our products to maintain the high standards of quality and presentation in our stores. The goal is to exceed customer expectations while consistently achieving the store's sales targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers, including minors, and you will handle cash and other payment methods. Given the access to store merchandise and personal information, a review of criminal history is necessary to uphold the safety and reputation of our business. The selected individual will be expected to work at one of the following locations: Store #2164, located at 6512 Albemarle Road, Charlotte, NC 28212. Store #2832, located at 3629 North Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC. Store #2219, located at 1218 Gordon Street, Charlotte, NC. Store #2314, located at 10201 N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and offering suitable products and services. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Keep organized work order files and product formulas. Manage product inventory and maintain display standards. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Provide assistance in deliveries and store organization as needed. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and trends. Suggest improvements for sales processes. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. Valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products.
