What to Expect
Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams focused on migrating legacy payment applications to cloud-native systems
Oversee the technical delivery of digital payment solutions and manage API design and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Guide best practices for coding, cloud infrastructure, API design, and DevOps processes
Serve as the main point of contact for leadership and stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead teams and implement best practice controls and processes
Thorough understanding of both traditional and Agile project methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading teams with diverse members, including offshore and vendor teams
Ability to create a collaborative and psychologically safe work environment
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging
Experience with sophisticated systems that require significant integration with third-party APIs
Capability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
