Our Salesforce practice drives enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you\'ll become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to make sure it\'s delivered on-time and on-budget. Your Role As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and integrating user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet. Utilizing standard tools and agile methodologies, your contributions will be crucial in delivering technological solutions that drive our organization\'s revenue generation. Your Key Responsibilities Identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services that are integral to our software architecture. Actively contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies to meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, business growth, and teaming objectives. Define and execute deliverables with efficiency. Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports. Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses. Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead. Travel is required based on client needs; maintain a chargeable hours level for external clients. Skills And Attributes For Success Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels. Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client. Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations. Salesforce integration experience and experience with a variety of middleware tools. Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX APIs, Triggers, VisualForce, Apex Classes, Web Services, APIs, AppExchange, and Salesforce controls). Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflows. Ability to lead solution design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; work with developers to define specifications for custom code or data migration. Ability to create and manage project timelines and project economics for on-time, on-budget delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans; support change management efforts. Agile delivery methodologies; proficiency in application development tools; quality assurance and software development expertise; systems integration skills. Building relationships, client trust, and emotional agility; strong problem-solving abilities. Qualifications A four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field. Experience typically 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5+ people, hands-on experience with configuration and customizations. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Familiarity with relational database concepts. Self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and priorities; excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills. Salesforce.com certification(s). Able to travel to meet client demand as needed. Ideally, you’ll also have Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
