Chief Financial Officer

to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate is a finance professional with hustle and several years of leadership experience in finance, with a passion for purpose and strategic thinking. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring strong financial management, and supporting strategic decision-making. The CFO will lead and grow the department, manage budgeting, financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance. This role also oversees accounts payable, employee reimbursements, and facilities management to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Ensure adherence to regulatory and tax requirements, including GAAP and other applicable financial standards. Manage financial audits and maintain strong internal controls. Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Implement and manage policies for employee reimbursements and expense reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to payments and reimbursements. Oversee facilities management, ensuring optimal office space utilization and maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office operations. Monitor facility-related expenses and implement cost-saving measures. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with other senior executives to align financial goals with company objectives. Communicate financial performance and risks effectively to the CEO and Board of Directors. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within the finance industry. Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and risk management. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with leadership. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills and ability to present financial insights to stakeholders. Job details
