Customer Centricity: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback from customers to relevant Microsoft teams for continuous improvement. Business Impact: Develop opportunities to drive customer success results by ensuring stakeholders understand the Microsoft 365 value proposition and derive value from investments. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify and resolve blockers to go-live by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Phone/voice; lead technical conversations to drive value and deliver work per Microsoft best practices. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with communities, sharing expertise, and contributing to IP creation. Culture: Embody Microsoft values and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or related fields. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience on technical projects with design/deployment of AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365). Other Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related fields OR Master’s Degree with 6+ years in related areas; equivalent experience accepted. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience or PROSCI certification; strong business and sales acumen. Technical Cloud certifications and deep knowledge of cloud/hybrid messaging, collaboration, and identity/security solutions; breadth across multiple Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc.). Compensation and Benefits
Cloud Solution Architecture IC3: USD 85,100 - 169,800 per year (base). Location-based adjustments apply (San Francisco Bay Area, NYC: 112,000 - 185,300). IC4: USD 106,400 - 203,600 per year (base); location adjustments apply (137,600 - 222,600). Certain roles may be eligible for benefits.
