A prominent law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney with expertise in immigration law to join a growing team. Phoenix, AZ Duties

Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients Represent non-detained and detained individuals in immigration court proceedings and appeals Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate case progress Conduct intake interviews and provide consultations for detained individuals Prepare and review various immigration applications, including family-based petitions and removal defense Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community organizations on immigration law updates Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients and develop case strategies Prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony Provide thorough legal analysis to determine possible case benefits Draft and submit legal briefs and supporting documents for a range of immigration cases Requirements

3-5 years of experience in immigration law Proven ability to manage caseloads and move cases forward effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in family-based petitions, humanitarian applications, EOIR, detained cases, citizenship, and other USCIS applications Familiarity with case management software preferred Education

Juris Doctor (JD)

from an accredited law school Certifications

Licensed Attorney

in good standing (Arizona Bar Admission preferred) Skills

Strong client advocacy and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases Effective in both independent work and team collaboration Skilled in legal research, writing, and strategic case planning Adaptable to a fast-paced legal environment Health Coverage:
