W2 Contract only Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in compensation administration. Proficiency in SuccessFactors (SF) HCM suite, including annual planning modules. Atrong ability to interpret compensation data and provide actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and stakeholder collaboration. Project Leadership: 5+ years leading compensation-related projects, including scope management, planning, and performance tracking.
