We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Staff Accountant
to support our accounting operations. This role plays a key part in managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to monthly and annual financial close activities. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and confident in applying accounting principles in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice review to payment processing Generate and send out customer invoices promptly and accurately Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely financial data updates Perform monthly reconciliations for AP and bank accounts Assist with monthly closings and preparation of internal financial statements Track fixed assets and record depreciation in compliance with GAAP Maintain vendor files and ensure up-to-date 1099 records Contribute to cash flow monitoring and collaborate with the Accounting Manager on payment strategies Support budget planning, forecasting, and year-end audits Assist external auditors by providing accurate and timely documentation Handle ad hoc accounting tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications
