As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to support the development and enhancement of software products. Your work will directly influence product design, development, and delivery by acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. Reporting Structure:

You will report to the Head of Product. Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed business process models, data flow diagrams, and use cases. Ensure clear, consistent, and comprehensive documentation that supports development efforts. Create and manage tickets in the project management system (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.) to ensure clear task ownership and timely execution. Track progress on assigned initiatives, proactively follow up with cross-functional teams, and help remove blockers to keep work moving forward. Act as a central point of coordination by organizing priorities, reinforcing timelines, and supporting project momentum. Partner with product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Support & Quality Assurance

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch validation of features and solutions. Help identify and document edge cases, risks, and dependencies to improve quality. Contribute to ongoing refinement of BA processes, tools, and documentation standards. Train internal departments on new product offerings, ensuring teams are well-equipped to support clients. Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software or technology services industries. 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare strongly preferred. Basic understanding of consumer banking products and services preferred. Educational background: a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, document, interpret, and present data and business needs. Ability to collect and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Experience with analysis on web and device-based applications (B2B and B2C). Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with: Implementation, QA, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product. Understanding of product processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Comfortable managing day-to-day workflows and task follow-ups to support project delivery and ensure progress. Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite). Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams, with a strong understanding of ceremonies and cadence. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage shifting priorities and keep teams aligned. Seniority level
