FULL-TIME OFFICE MANAGER (with HR & Finance Support)

to join our

Fullerton, CA headquarters (in-office position)

to oversee operations across three California offices. If you love keeping things organized, spotting inefficiencies before anyone else, and making systems run smoother, this role is for you. This is

office management first , with the opportunity to support HR (onboarding, payroll prep, safety training) and Finance (check deposits, vendor invoices, expense tracking). What Youll Do

Manage daily office operations: supplies, vendors, mail, shipping, and equipment. Serve as the central point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and consistent experience. Oversee company vehicles, registrations, insurance, and rental coordination. Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, travel, and communications. Assist HR with onboarding, offboarding, payroll prep, and employee culture programs. Help Accounting with check deposits, invoices, and expense tracking. Plan company events and foster a positive, professional office culture. Conduct site visits at satellite offices to ensure consistency and efficiency. What Were Looking For

3+ years of office management experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Tech savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and office equipment (computers, printers, internet). Familiarity with payroll systems (Paychex Flex a plus). Comfort with basic accounting tasks (check deposits, invoices). Excellent communication and solutions-oriented skills. Self-starter who anticipates needs and delivers solutions.
