We are looking for a
Patient Coordinator
who is passionate about supporting our mission to provide exceptional dental care and creating memorable experiences for our patients. If you value teamwork and genuinely care about people, this role is for you. Here’s how you can make an impact: Engage with your community through local events such as school screenings and presentations, promoting a positive image of our company. Participate in morning meetings to share appreciation for your peers and highlight examples of great customer service and collaboration. Enjoy working with children, as they make up 70% of our patient base! Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families during check-in and check-out. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient who visits our office. Greet parents and patients warmly upon arrival and departure. Keep parents informed about the status of their child's appointment while they wait. Maintain a tidy and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and waiting area. Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure accuracy in the patient's records before appointments. Communicate service limits with the clinical team prior to patient treatments. Prepare all patient files and ensure readiness before appointments. Coordinate closely with the Clinical Team Leader and Doctors to offer same-day care when possible. Assist in achieving office financial targets by maintaining a full hygiene and operative schedule. Schedule follow-up appointments and six-month recalls for patients. Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately; take messages as needed. Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and reschedule those who missed theirs. Ensure all patient records are properly re-filed at the end of the day. Act with the highest integrity by adhering to all regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Inform and collect any out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to their treatment. Carry out other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required. Previous office experience in a dental or medical setting preferred. Experience with children's dentistry is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary. Quarterly bonuses based on office performance.
