Position: Bilingual Patient Coordinator - Dental Office (Part-Time)
*Bilingual in Spanish Required*

Part-Time - 3 days per week
Hours - 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

We are looking for a dedicated
Patient Coordinator
to help us fulfill our mission of delivering exceptional dental care and creating unforgettable patient experiences. You will be an essential team member in promoting teamwork and a caring approach. What You'll Do: Engage with your community through local events, school screenings, and presentations to promote our positive image. Participate in morning huddles to share appreciation and emphasize great customer service and collaboration. Work with children, who make up over 70% of our patient base, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service at check-in and check-out. Deliver compassionate care to all patients. Greet patients and their families upon arrival and departure. Keep waiting parents informed about their child's appointment status. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. Verify patient insurance eligibility before appointments and ensure accurate records in the patient file. Communicate service limits with the clinical team prior to treatments. Prepare patient files ahead of appointments by pulling and updating records. Coordinate same-day care opportunities with the clinical team. Help meet office financial goals by keeping appointment schedules full. Schedule follow-up and six-month recall appointments. Answer incoming calls, directing them to appropriate individuals and taking messages when needed. Make outbound calls to confirm, reschedule, and follow up with patients regarding their treatments. Ensure patient records are properly filed at the end of each day. Adhere to all regulations and company compliance programs with integrity. Inform and collect any out-of-pocket patient balances before treatment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Key Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred. Experience in children's dentistry is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive compensation packages.
