About the Role
As an Assistant Manager of Brand Engagement, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Kohl's brand relevance and visibility. By turning strategic plans into effective, actionable programs, you'll manage a variety of campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness, altering public perceptions, and building credibility through innovative partnerships and events.
What You'll Do
Oversee the daily development and implementation of brand activation and campaign strategies, ensuring they align with our broader brand vision.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to translate high-level strategic initiatives into detailed plans, timelines, briefs, and processes.
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and partnership activations from concept to completion.
Work closely with internal and external teams, including agencies, talent, and content creators, to ensure high-quality delivery of campaign components.
Manage project details like timelines, budgets, contracts, content approvals, and key performance indicator tracking.
Partner with the Senior Coordinator to streamline logistics and manage project priorities while addressing challenges as they arise.
Provide strategic insights and thoughtful input during planning and review phases to enhance campaign effectiveness continuously.
Stay informed about the latest trends, competitor strategies, and cultural moments to guide activation tactics effectively.
Support various teams, including press, social media, influencers, and engagement teams, as necessary.
Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or related fields.
5-7 years of experience in brand activation, influencer marketing, or experiential marketing.
Preferred
Experience working with creative or media agencies.
Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00
