The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors. You will learn from our Maintenance Team, you can grow in our company if you come on board and get involved and truly try to learn. Our company is always growing and will need to promote, we do believe in promoting from within our company. Keeping things clean and organized. Picking up Trash that might be in flower beds or around curbs and in our parking lot. We believe Curb Appeal is most important. This just lets a Guest know if our inside is going to be clean. Responsibilities: • Address repair needs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. • Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs. • Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed. • Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition. • Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service. Qualifications: • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.
