Responsibilities Work on Agile methodology by attending sprint planning, retrospective and backlog grooming meetings along with other teammates. Interact with business team and discuss about the functional specifications, high level requirements and user stories. Communicate with architects and other developers to design and develop new functionalities considering the existing project limitations and performance requirements. Perform full system life cycle management activities like analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing and implementation of system and application software. Work closely with Product owners to build innovative technologies that are customized to drive the business and provide ultimate customer experience. Design data models and database schemas based on the requirements and develop appropriate dataflows and data dependencies and ensure stability, reliability, and performance. Compose and execute Mongo DB scripts to insert and update NoSQL database, automating data changes and reporting. Create, maintain, and optimize database objects like indexes, triggers, views, stored procedures. Develop both OLTP and data warehousing data models (Kimball environment). Refactor existing database objects to support enhancements of system control, diagnostic and other research subject areas. Monitor errors, locks, deadlocks, and other resource utilization, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Design, develop, and implement MS SQL Server SSIS ETL jobs to effectively process high-volume data sources and meet nightly processing windows. Develop and manage Enterprise Data Warehouse/Data Lake processes and policies, following strategic direction on best practices for holistic Data Architecture. Investigate and support new technology initiatives to improve or enhance current database capabilities and create documentation for database applications and ETL processing. Perform integration, initializing, populating, synchronizing, cleansing, mapping, and transforming bulk data migration on large scale projects with more than 50 million records. Work on integration methodologies including HL7, XML, EDI, SFTP, web services, ETL, SSIS, data warehousing principals and interface engine platforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or related field. Experience: Five (5) years of experience as SQL Developer or similar role is required.
