The Hotel Marketing Specialist position will support the 8 BG rebrand tasks for the remainder of 2025. This role will be focused on BG rebranding tasks and S FL properties onboarding tasks. More specifically: BG – content audit, extranet access, rate shops, elevate setup, promotions and campaigns. S FL – onboarding forms for OTAs, mapping with Travel Click, content build on OTAs and Vacaystay and promotion set up. The Hotel Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating content across various distributions channels for our properties. They will create and manage promotional campaigns to generate bookings, playing an essential role in achieving revenue budgets. Responsibilities

Maintain and update content on online travel agents (OTAs), direct sites, wholesalers, and other distribution channels. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and align with brand standards. Communicate with property teams to gather accurate content and updates. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive bookings during need periods. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting any opportunities for improvement. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promotional campaigns. Analyze data and reports to better understand market trends to stay competitive. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly updates for assigned properties recapping current and potential marketing opportunities. Participate in meetings with other departments to communicate all marketing efforts and updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and market managers. Communicate with revenue and inventory teams on marketing strategies. Communicate with the automation team to ensure rates, inventory and reservation delivery is pushing correctly for all partners. Maintain and update all hotel marketing spreadsheets for tracking and production purposes. Develop and implement marketing plans, specific to assigned regions. Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues to maintain rate parity. Work with brand and creative to develop assets and copy for print and digital ads. Draft and execute new and current wholesaler agreements. Represent the brand in related partner events and conferences. Assist the management team in all requested job duties, projects, and events. Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality environment or similar. Organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work within defined guidelines. Basic to intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet. Work in a data-driven environment. Preferred Skills
