Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! This position is vital for our retail success and provides the opportunity to interact with customers and help them find the right solutions. As a part-time position with a starting rate of $16.26/hr, you will work at Store #703280, located at: 1385 Jordan St, North Liberty, IA 52317. In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate Sherwin-Williams products. Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Meet store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise records of work orders and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products as necessary. Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain a clean store environment. Help with delivery tasks when required. Stay knowledgeable about our products, making you an informed resource for customers. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvement ideas for sales. What we're looking for: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Internal candidates should have a performance rating of at least 'meets expectations' and completed all required eLearning courses. Preferred qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and related products is a plus. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is beneficial. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish, is an advantage.
