This role is at the frontline of the Marketing and Growth Organization, supporting campaign analytics and reporting for business products and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full spectrum of business analytics, including problem identification, data sourcing/wrangling, query development, data exploration, data visualization, and campaign performance optimization recommendations. This position requires hands-on data analysis and strategic thinking skills. Responsibilities
Support campaign analytics and reporting for business products and portfolios. Translate marketer questions into technical analysis and develop clear, data-founded storytelling around actionable insights. Perform hands-on data analysis, including data sourcing, wrangling, and exploration. Design and optimize visually attractive and functionally efficient executive dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI. Provide recommendations for campaign performance optimization and hypothesis testing. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and expertise in moving from business questions through raw data to actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, including query creation, performance optimization, and complex joins of large datasets. Experience working with large and complex datasets. Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems) or equivalent experience. 2-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting. Experience in the high-tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired. Proactive and anticipatory problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal). Experience with executive storytelling and presentations. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake and GitHub. Prompt engineering in an analytics context. Experience with hypothesis testing, experimentation, A/B test analytics, and multivariate testing. Familiarity with identity graph experience. About PTR Global
