The Sr Human Resources Generalist is a high performing contributor that uses their in-depth knowledge to serve as a consultant to business partners on human resource practices and policies. This role offers guidance and support in functional areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices. What Youll Do Provide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations. Monitor the administration of the companys diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees. Give direction and advice on complex and controversial issues. Analyze data from exit interviews. Help with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs. Present summary reports to management on current trends. Provide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues. Advises managers on the interpretation of employment law. Perform other duties as needed.
What You Have
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience. 4-6 years of job specific experience or equivalent education and/or experience. HR certification preferred.
What Youre Good At
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
