In this role, you will work closely with retail and wholesale customers to identify their needs, answer questions about our high-quality products, and provide tailored recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products and services.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meeting sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintaining organized work order files and product formularies.
Pulling and preparing products from inventory.
Performing product tinting and mixing as requested by customers.
Keeping store displays appealing and well-stocked.
Cleaning store equipment to maintain a high standard of quality.
Assisting with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Keeping assigned areas well-presented and adequately stocked.
Staying informed about our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Following inventory control protocols.
Suggesting innovative ways to boost sales.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
If current Sherwin-Williams employee, must have a satisfactory performance rating.
Completion of required HR eLearning courses for your role.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
