Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) Multi Store

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support and guidance to both wholesale and retail customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our exceptional range of products, and recommend suitable solutions for their projects. In addition, you will address any concerns the customers may have and strive for maximum client satisfaction, all while helping to meet the store's sales targets. Your responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Engaging with customers both in-person and via phone to assess their needs and present relevant products and services. Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and inventory. Preparing products to meet customer specifications, including tinting and mixing. Stocking shelves, managing displays, and keeping the store visually appealing. Assisting with deliveries as necessary. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Location:

You will work at Store #5779, located at 100 Larrabee Rd, Westbrook, ME 04092 & 859 Roosevelt Trail, Windham ME. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension). Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of customer service or retail experience. Experience with paint and paint-related products.
