Administrative Assistant
CPMC (Cedar Pine Maintenance and Construction) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting both office operations and field teams, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and maintenance staff Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Schedule and coordinate work orders, service calls, and appointments Maintain accurate records, files, and databases Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed Order and track building supplies Perform other administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience required (maintenance or property management experience a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Programs (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and general computer literacy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and customer service mindset Why Join CPMC?
