We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable
Health & Safety Specialist
to support our Terminal operations across multiple regions. This role is critical in driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance, and building operational capability at the site level. Our Team
The Terminals EHS Team provides Environmental, Health and Safety support for several fertilizer distribution facilities throughout the Midwest. Location
Location: Eagan, MN Responsibilities Serve as the primary H&S contact for assigned Terminals, providing oversight and guidance. Own and maintain assigned H&S programs, ensuring they are simple, compliant, and executable in the field. Build strong relationships with Terminal personnel through regular site visits and hands-on engagement. Field-level support for Terminals Operations, including project support and onsite assessments. Coordinate with EHS Team and Operations Leadership to align safety priorities for the Terminals organization. Develop and deliver relevant training materials to support regulatory changes, meet operational needs and enhance site-level safety performance. Drive waste elimination and efficiency improvements across H&S processes.
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge and application of OSHA regulatory requirements. Willingness to travel regularly to Terminal sites (20-30% travel). Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of OSHA PSM standards. Experience in Health & Safety role, preferably in terminal or industrial operations. Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.
