Duties include:
Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products
Building trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail clients
Processing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas
Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications
Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays
Cleaning store equipment and keeping the store tidy
Assisting with deliveries as required
Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable
Staying informed about the features and benefits of offered products
Following inventory control processes and suggesting sales improvement strategies
Location: Store #3396, 1398 Meadow Road, Northbrook, IL 60062. This position may require you to assist at our Arlington Heights, Long Grove, and Wheeling locations.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally
Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
Experience in selling paint and related products
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
