Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities
Lead marketing and business development activities across California offices Manage marketing staff, delegating projects and overseeing quality Collaborate with attorneys to develop compelling pitches, RFPs, proposals, and marketing materials Drive select high-priority BD initiatives from planning through execution Oversee and maintain BD tracking systems, pipelines, and outcomes reporting Manage content development for practice descriptions, client materials, and submissions Coordinate awards and directory submissions, including references, deadlines, and interviews Support planning and execution of client events and sponsorships Advance workflow systems for marketing requests, tracking, and internal communications Qualifications
Bachelors degree required At least 6+ years of law firm business development or marketing experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InterAction, Vuture, and other marketing/CRM systems Willingness to travel between California offices and work extended hours as needed Salary Range: $140-160K Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
