Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure a high level of performance and collaboration. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Prepare and present project progress reports to key stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues. Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Use estimating software, such as Bluebeam or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to manage project financials, bid packages, and takeoffs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial facilities or plants. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing multi-disciplinary teams. Great knowledge of industrial construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Proficiency in estimating software like Bluebeam or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
