Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of applications supporting the corporate and investment bank's lending businesses. You will design, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks that drive agile software delivery. By collaborating with developers, platform engineers, and release managers across a distributed team, you will help deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. You will play a critical role in identifying issues early, improving testing efficiency, and supporting continuous delivery practices. Develop, maintain, and expand automated testing frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Selenium. Design and implement load testing processes to evaluate system performance against production-level data. Maintain and update system testing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate closely with developers, platform engineers, and release managers to identify and resolve issues. Integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Hudson. Apply agile testing practices to ensure seamless Quality Automation (QA) processes within the development lifecycle. Proficiency in automated test development with Playwright, Selenium, and JVM-based languages (Java, Scala). Strong knowledge of Oracle Structured Query Language (SQL) and Unix shell scripting. Understanding of testing methodologies and related artifact. Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Hudson). Familiarity with agile software development frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to manage time effectively and provide accurate task estimations. Excellent communication skills for working across distributed teams. Ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Collaborative spirit and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
