Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Insurance Account Manager
to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management. Compensation Package
Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually
Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
Manage personal insurance accounts from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business, policy servicing, endorsements, and upselling/cross‑selling
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment
Utilize AMS360 and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word) to manage accounts and documentation
Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all client and staff interactions
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensing: Active Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Personal Lines Producer License or regular P&C License)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current P&C experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or CSR in an independent agency
Preferred Experience: Prior experience with high-net‑worth accounts is a plus but not required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills:
Professional appearance and polished communication skills
Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset
Proactive and intuitive understanding of tasks
Personable and detail‑oriented with excellent grammar and client interaction skills
