Your Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and offering appropriate products and services. Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Manage product displays and stock shelves. Clean and maintain store equipment. Assist with deliveries as required. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and maintained. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Contribute ideas for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in a retail or customer service environment. Experience selling paint or related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, particularly Spanish.
