Sherwin-Williams
This role is pivotal to the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the most suitable solutions. Your commitment to resolving customer concerns promptly will ensure maximum satisfaction while keeping you informed about product features to maintain the high quality our store is known for.
Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers, which may include minors, and entail handling cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise—this may be done under supervision or independently. Therefore, a review of criminal history is essential to safeguard our business operations and the well-being of our customers, staff, and vendors.
You will be assigned to work at our stores located at:
#1195 - 14236 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48126
#1204 - 23180 Outer Drive, Allen Park, MI 48101
At Sherwin-Williams, we strive to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
