Customer Service Specialist - Retail

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. Build and maintain trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Consistently achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Select products for customer orders and prepare them as needed. Keep the sales area well-stocked and presentable. Participate in store maintenance and cleaning tasks. Occasionally assist with product deliveries as required. Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate options to customers. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Suggest innovative ways to enhance sales efforts. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience with paint-related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in more than one language is a plus. Ability to communicate in Spanish is an advantage.
