As a Document Control Specialist you will create and maintain Company Document and Drawing Numbers. Review and verify documents and drawings to confirm they are meeting MSS Quality Management System, Engineering Change Control, and Team requirements for controlled release. Archive, maintain, and release various documentation records in SharePoint Repository. Create and safeguard MSS engineering part numbers and Bills of Materials in MSS ERP System Costpoint. Work with various teams to support contract obligations, procurement, engineering, production and manufacturing, and quality assurance tasks can be completed successfully and on time. This position's internal job code is Product Data Mgmt Specialist. Our team is currently hiring for a level 2. Responsibilities
Issuing and modifying document and drawing numbers in SharePoint Master Document Lists Review documents, drawings, and records for requirements and compliance and control release for company access in various systems Understand engineering change control processes for drawing review and release Enter, maintain, and update part numbers and bills of materials data in Costpoint ERP system Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Document Control Management, quality management systems, using electronic document data bases, enterprise resource planning systems Experience using Adobe and Microsoft applications Preferred Qualifications
Document Control Management experience in Aerospace related positions Experience in Teamcenter software and engineering drawing document control Summary Pay-Range
