Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a growing sales & marketing professional to work within a highly strategic Business Unit supporting a major consumer electronic brand's field sales and training team from planning, execution to measurement. As a Junior Account Manager, Client Services, you will be a central position on the team, responsible for leading day to day preparation, planning and organization of a client portfolio and their subsequent brand programs. The Junior Account Manager is the hub of the wheel, assisting Senior Leadership with the streamlined oversight and preparation for all brand campaignsLocation: RemoteType: Full-Time [5 Month contract] with possibility of extensionCompensation: $60,000-$64,000WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE Work with top-tier brands and inspiring teammates Space to grow, learn, and lead A supportive, creative culture where your ideas matterResponsibilitiesCreate project schedule and initiates critical path; takes the necessary action to keep work and teams on-trackDevelop a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges in order to provide solutionsSupport project planning, documentation, budget management, expense tracking and timelinesProduce and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Brand Ambassadors, focusing on product knowledge, brand messaging, and engagement techniquesManage the hiring, scheduling, deployment, and coordination of multiple "Brand Ambassadors" to ensure optimal staffing for all events and campaignsProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management for the junior team members to ensure a high standard of executionDevelops and guides the creation of executive summary and insights reports for both client and internal team. Ensures excellence in effective reportingConsistently track, analyze, and interpret performance data to derive actionable llaborate with creative, production, and operational teams to deliver flawless activationsSupport with program logistics, asset production and vendor relationships Lead on-site execution for activations and live moments - travel requiredWork closely with internal departments for tracking finances, vendor/sponsorship agreements (SOW's) and recruitment of talentUse Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Meet) to stay organized and communicate clearlyQualifications2+ years' experience in marketing, events, or brand programs (agency background a plus)Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverablesDemonstrable ability to communicate/present updates to key stakeholders & senior leadershipYou flourish with organization, detail, developing status docs, critical paths, and project plans.
