This is an exciting opportunity for a growing sales & marketing professional to work within a highly strategic Business Unit supporting a major consumer electronic brands field sales and training team from planning, execution to measurement. As a Junior Account Manager, Client Services, you will be a key team member, responsible for leading day-to-day preparation, planning, and organization of a client portfolio and their brand programs. The Junior Account Manager acts as a central hub, assisting Senior Leadership with oversight and preparation for all brand campaigns. Location:

Create project schedules and manage critical paths to keep work on track Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions Support project planning, documentation, budget management, and timelines Produce and deliver comprehensive training programs for Brand Ambassadors Manage staffing, scheduling, and deployment of Brand Ambassadors for events Coach and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality execution Create reports and insights for clients and internal teams Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights Collaborate with creative and operational teams to ensure flawless activations Support logistics, asset production, and vendor relationships Lead on-site activations and live events (travel required) Coordinate with internal departments on finances, vendor agreements, and talent recruitment Utilize Google Workspace tools for organization and communication Qualifications
2+ years experience in marketing, events, or brand programs (agency experience a plus) Experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables Strong communication skills for stakeholder and leadership updates Highly organized with attention to detail Proven project management skills and ability to work independently Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Comfortable using Google tools (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Meet) About Us
