Location: Remote, might go back to hybrid schedule in Washington DC after 2025. Candidates must be in greater Washington DC area.
Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Pay: $24/hour
The Choice is partnering with a membership organization that focuses on professionals within the architecture field on a temporary Customer Service Representatives to join their team from October 1 - December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension through March 31, 2026 (pending budget approval).
In this role, you will provide prompt, efficient, and friendly support to our members and customers. Key responsibilities include:
Responding to member and customer inquiries via our ticketing platform
Processing membership requests in our Association Management System (AMS)
Performing data clean-up to ensure accurate and organized member records
