Through expert schedule management, the Program Scheduler actively influences program direction and outcomes. As a valued member of the Collins Program Planning & Control (PP&C) team, the Program Scheduler contributes to a broader mission: delivering robust IMS solutions, performing in-depth schedule analysis, and upholding both government and internal standards. PP&C's work ensures that programs remain on track, transparent, and performance-driven from start to finish. What You Will Do
Develop and monitor project schedules. Establish and monitor the program's execution, including milestones, key events, and significant accomplishments. Develop and manage multiple projects and program schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the team. Integrate all program activities, associated interdependencies, and durations to construct and maintain a program level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Qualifications We Prefer
Microsoft Project experience Creating US Government compliant schedules. Developing and maintaining schedules from inception. EVMS (Earned Value Management) Managing client relationships. The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
